STUCCO
Stucco is a masonry material and will develop small cracks as the material under the stucco shrinks and settles.
Due to the moisture content of stucco, efflorescence may occur causing streaking or discoloration on the surface.
Mud or other materials splashed up on the stucco may be difficult to remove, so keep flower beds or non-sodded areas adjacent to stucco surfaces well mulched. A solution of muriatic acid, available at hardware stores, can be used to clean some stains from stucco.
