Written on November 21, 2012. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and I wanted to write a song. As I sat on the wall at the Court House steps in West Chester, PA, a car pulled up to the stop light. Inside was one of the most talented musicians in town. He rolled down the window, with a big ear-to-ear smile and gave me thumbs-up. What better to inspire thankful lyrics?
